Babu Yar

Babu Yar is a planet from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Babu Yar was the site of a horrific chemical assault upon the Autobots via Gideon's Glue. Known survivors of the battle include Shock, Ore, and Flattop.

IDW Generation 1 continuity

During a skirmish on Babu Yar, the Decepticon Gideon authorized a chemical attack upon Flame's Autobots. The sky began raining what was nicknamed "Gideon's Glue." This ravenous chemical weapon began dissolving the Autobots to the point where the survivors of the attack would die from it even after receiving a new body. Years afterward Springer arranged to meet the new Wreckers recruits at the Igue-Moor Fuel Depot. Bullets There they accidentally destroyed Dipstick's reconstruction project before the final pickup from Ultra Magnus's ship. Last Stand of the Wreckers #1
