Ciech is a country from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Ciech is a country within Europe. It is bordered by France, Poland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Russia.

Ciech was found on a map made to show the Europa 2000. Trans-Europe Express

It was actually Czechoslovakia! Now it's the Czech Republic and Slovakia (or "Slovkia" as the map would've said...).
