Ops-Command HQ is a strategic control centre within the Presidium on Cybertron.
Fiction
Regeneration One
Seeking answers to the things that he witnessed within Zero Space, Rodimus Prime formed Nightbeat and Bumblebee into the nucleus of the Zero Unit and tasked them with investigating the return of Galvatron, the residual energy of the Dark Matrix, former Senator Jhiaxus and Spike Witwicky.
They worked out of Ops-Command HQ, where they decided that of the four disparate strands of the Zero Effect, their time would be best spent investigating the missing Jhiaxus. As a prominent Cybertronian they reasoned he must have had offworld dealings, so they sent bulk pulsewaves to any mech civilisations that might have encountered him asking for information. Receiving nothing in reply, they launched a probe... and suddenly Jhiaxus's entire fleet materialised in the skies above Cybertron! The War to End All Wars, Part 1
