The Scramble City Complex is a spaceport on Cybertron.

Kup and the Wreckers stole a shuttle from the Scramble City Shipyard to hitch a ride aboard the Cosmic Carnival to Earth.

Having learned of Megatron's reign of destruction on planet Earth, Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus assembled a team of Autobots to defeat him at the Scramble City Complex, before departing in the Valiant. After they left, Hot Rod completely failed to notice Dirtbag spying on him there. Loose Ends, Part 3
