The Creation Matrix is the lengendary program which creates new Transformer life.
When an Autobot Leader possesses the Matrix of Leadership, safeguarding the Creation Matrix is one of the chief responsibilities.
In many continuities, the Creation Matrix is the very living essence of Primus, and the only thing which can destroy Unicron.
