The guard was doing his job securing the entrance to Thunderwing's headquarters when a voice caught his attention. Looking around, the guard didn't see anyone until the voice suggested him to look down. Turned out it belonged to an Autobot Micromaster, who proceeded to threaten the guard that he'd better step aside or else. The guard had a good laugh at the likelihood of that prospect and then was killed.
Once inside the headquarters, the Battle Patrol was captured by Thunderwing's troops. Thunderwing revealed that all had gone according to his plans: that he had deliberately leaked information about a supposed secret weapon, that the Battle Patrol had been meant to come investigate and that they had been allowed to enter...
At least the guard wasn't around anymore to feel that void of appreciation. A Small War!
