Tsutomu Isobe (磯部勉 Isobe Tsutomu, born October 13, 1950) is a Japanese voice actor, which his anime credits include Dutch from Black Lagoon, Harry MacDowel from Gungrave, Inspector Runge from Monster, George Black from Jormungand, Vincent Volaju from Cowboy Bebop: The Movie, Gasback Gallon Getaway from Trigun: Badlands Rumble and Deacon Frost from Marvel Anime: Blade.
In the world of live-action dubbing, his roles includes Cosmo Kramer from Seinfeld, The Falcon from Stuart Little 2, Bryan the Beachmaster from Happy Feet Two, Captain Sao Feng in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, the titular hero of the 1987 Robocop film, Wolverine in the TV Asahi dub of the X-Men movies, Tony Montana in Scarface and is the official dubbing voice for Harrison Ford.
