Hiroaki Hirata (平田 広明 Hirata Hiroaki, August 7, 1963) is a Japanese voice actor. His most famous anime role is likely Sanji in One Piece, but has also done plenty of Japanese dub work such as Joey in Friends, the Riddler in both The Batman & Batman: The Brave and the Bold, the titular character of Rango and the Japanese voice of Johnny Depp.
