I'm fairly sure Battletrap also appeared in the Kalis zombie arc in helicopter mode, attacking the Autobots alongside Flywheels. I don't think he was explicitly identified, but it's a... distinctive-looking helicopter. Okay, I've double-checked, and not only does Battletrap's helicopter mode appear in UK #164, but he's identified by name by Ultra Magnus (page 9, panel 2).
