We can all recognize Prime, but who is that other guy? Is that supposed to be Blitzwing's crazy face?

Halloween is an Earth holiday in which humans dress up in strange outfits that make them look like other people or things. It is usually celebrated on October 31, and is a ritual to celebrate the end of Summer which started in Ireland many centuries ago, though it has evolved significantly since then.

So, the purpose of this "Halloween" is to disguise yourself in order to frighten strangers and extort sugar infused... nuggets.{{#if:|{{{quote2}}}}}{{#if:Optimus Prime contemplates the true meaning of Halloween"Along Came a Spider"|Optimus Prime contemplates the true meaning of Halloween{{#if:"Along Came a Spider"|, "Along Came a Spider"|}}|}}

Fiction

Legends anthology

Carlos, Rad and Alexis attempted to explain Halloween to their Mini-Con friends, and ended up resorting to taking the trio Trick-or-Treating with them. The Mini-Cons were confused by the human custom, and the way that Rad explained that they could "t.p." houses which didn't give out candy, but soon got into the spirit of the holiday. As a mark of their veneration of their human friends, the Mini-Cons took the tradition back to Cybertron with them, and thousands of years later, the Mini-Cons still went out Trick-or-Treating on Halloween. Toys

Universe (2003)

  • Nightprowler Vs. Waspinator (Halloween Horrorcon value pack, unreleased)
”Wazzpinator want candy.”
For a brief time, Hasbro's official website checklist featured listings for two "Halloween Horrorcon Value Packs" that were to be Wal-Mart exclusives... which also likely explains why they were canceled. (Wal-Mart had taken a good half-dozen exclusives and released them more-or-less simultaneously, leading to a huge glut. A lot of other Transformers exclusives were canceled during the Universe era.)
Waspinator was a redeco of Beast Wars Transmetal Waspinator with opaque-salmon wings and lavender insect legs. He was to come with Nightprowler, a blue and yellow redeco of the original Cheetor toy.

Of course, every day is Halloween for Transformers.
  • Leatherhide Vs. Blackarachnia (Halloween Horrorcon value pack, unreleased)
    • Accessories: Launcher, 4 leg-missiles
Blackarachnia was a black, silver, and salmon-colored redeco of the Beast Wars Tarantulas/Blackarachnia mold. She was to come with Leatherhide, a pale blue and light brown redeco of Beast Wars Mutant Soundwave.

The robot mode features a variety of Halloween-themed paint applications, such as a jack-o-lantern face and skulls on its torso and spider webs on the trailer kibble. The little Mickey figure has a blue face and red eyes.

  • Donald Duck Holiday Vehicle Halloween Version (September 25, 2010)
    • Accessories: Rocket-surfboard.
Like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck was also made available in a Halloween-inspired orange and black deco with jack-o-lantern patterns and more. He was exclusive to 7-11 stores in Japan, with a pre-order window opening on August 17, 2010.

Merchandise

Collegeville Costumes

Halloween, circa 1986.
  • In 1986, Collegeville Costumes featured several Transformers Halloween costumes and masks for children. The masks were made of flat styrofoam and included a hinge to flip the mask up and down. The costumes consisted of a vinyl one-piece smock (featuring the character's package art, name, and the Transformers brand name on the chest) and a simple plastic mask with an elastic band.

BuySeason, Inc.

Mikaela and Carly vie for Sam's love.
