The Fire Safety Training Center is a section of Griffin Rock set aside for training firefighters. It features a number of structures including a burning building and a water tower. For some reason it is located on the opposite side of town from Prime Fire Station.

Fortunately for them, that was the day that Heatwave was sent to the center for training, and he was able to rescue them and extinguish the fire.
