Ark-27 is an Autobot starship in the Generation 1 continuity family.

Ark-27 is one of a series of Autobot starships presumably named after the first, lost Ark. Its crew includes:

Ark-27 assembled a crew to transport Optimus Prime to Cybertron when a reprisal of Thunderwing's apocalyptic madness was feared. Stormbringer, Part 1

After the danger was resolved, it took Optimus Prime to Earth to join the Infiltration unit there. Stormbringer, Part 4
