D.O.C. is an Autobot drone from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

D.O.C. is a small hovering drone created by Jetfire. He communicates by various beeps which only Jetfire seems to understand. He is mostly seen accompanying Jetfire and carrying out his master's orders.

Fiction

IDW Generation 1 continuity

D.O.C. was on board the Ark-7 for its journey to Earth following Shockwave's attempt to end the Universe. As Optimus Prime's team clashed with Galvatron on the planet, D.O.C. found Jetfire was busy looking for a way to fight some human-built micro-bots. As the pair was preparing to eradicate the threat, they found the Constructicons had already taken care of the problem. Earthfall Part 2: Detonation Boulevard As Optimus's team returned to the ship, Jetfire and D.O.C. greeted them with the news that they'd tracked the source of the humans' "mind bomb" to the Marshall Islands. Earthfall Part 3: The Mind Bomb While Jazz infiltrated the EDC's Marshall Island base, D.O.C. and Jetfire joined the other Autobots in storming the beach Earthfall Part 4: Full Fathom Five They found themselves facing a Decepticon warship, causing D.O.C. to warn that they weren't going to be able to hold it off for long. Then the final phases of Prowl's plan came into play, the warship came crashing down, and the Autobots successfully made off with Alpha Trion. Earthfall Chapter 5: I Dream of Wires

Jetfire, Arcee and D.O.C. rushed to the shuttlebay when the alarm was triggered, only to find it was just Optimus and Alpha Trion leaving for a jaunt in the Skyroller. The Crucible
