In 2008, Nolasco confirmed that Fig is not dead, and that he had been offered a part in Revenge of the Fallen, but due to scheduling conflicts he could not participate. However, the producer and director had left open the door for Fig to return in Dark of the Moon.[1] Like many other reported potential developments for the third movie, this did not come to pass.
