Actas Inc. is a Japanese studio that produced the animation for Transformers Armada and the hand-drawn animation for Transformers Energon. They have done such shows as Angel Heart, Shin Megami Tensei Devil Children (with Tokyo Movie Shinsha), Mermaid My Melody, D.C. ~Da Capo~ and others.
They did not animate the Japanese title sequence for the Transformers Armada, however, which was done by Raretrick.
