Alaxuu, or Axaloo, is a planet.

The Transformers cartoon
The Quintessons sold manufacturing facilities to Alaxuu which were designed to create pollutants that wiped out Alaxuu's plant life. The Quintessons were then able to sell them plant-o-bots for even more profit. The incident was dutifully logged on a Quintesson Journal which later bored the pants off Galvatron when he listened to it. The Quintesson Journal
