Marvel Generation 2 comic

When Jhiaxus deemed it necessary to unleash the full force of the Cybertronian Empire on the Autobots and Decepticons, he issued a command to all battalions to abort their current missions and aid in the "purge" on Earth. Battalion Xerxes had to come from many solar systems away, and on its way encountered the Swarm. Before the soldiers could figure out what they were picking up on their radars or do anything to get away from it, the Swarm attacked and consumed the entire unit.

The destruction of battalion Xerxes would probably not have been of much significance to the war as a whole if it had not been for Jhiaxus's order still in the ships' computers. The Swarm absorbed that too, and made the order its own goal. Total War!
