Reptizar is a planet in the Milky Way.

Reptizar was an unclaimed or neutral organic world. The AllSpark Almanac II

Reptizar is from Mainframe series Shadow Raiders. Its inclusion in the Almanac's planet map was a specific nod to the series finale, in which it was shown to exist in an entirely different region of space from the rest of the Shadow Raiders storyline, hence why none of the other planets from the series are on the map.
