Persei Eight is probably a planet of some kind. The Omacronians come from there.

Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.
At some point, Magnum's Elite Guard team fought against some Omacronians. Kup was reminded of the event during a later battle of Cybertron. It's unclear whether the battle he was recalling actually took place on Persei Eight. Battle Lines, Part 3
