The Scramble City Complex is a spaceport on Cybertron.

Kup and the Wreckers stole a shuttle from the Scramble City Shipyard to hitch a ride aboard the Cosmic Carnival to Earth.

Having learned of Megatron's reign of destruction on planet Earth, Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus assembled a team of Autobots to defeat him at the Scramble City Complex, before departing in the Valiant.
