| This article is about the Generation 1 Autobot combiner. For the Animated character who is sometimes known as Ultra Prime, see Ultra Magnus (Animated). |
- Ultra Prime is an Autobot combiner from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Ultra Prime is the result of Optimus Prime's combiner upgrade. The Autobot leader can now merge with any four Transformers to form this powerful behemoth – even Decepticons have been known to get in on the action!
Fiction
In the Combiner Wars arc of IDW's Transformers comics - specifically the closing pages of The Transformers #41 - Optimus Prime, confronting Prowl about his recent behavior, was met by Ironhide, Sunstreaker and Mirage, who, having shared the same terrifying vision of the future, meant to warn him about it. At that very moment, the treacherous Rattrap brought them the Enigma of Combination, causing the five to - mostly unwillingly - merge into Ultra Prime.
Toys
- Skydive (Deluxe, 2015)
- Alpha Bravo (Deluxe, 2015)
- Optimus Prime (Voyager, 2015)
- Firefly (Deluxe, 2015)
- Decepticon Dragstrip (Deluxe, 2015)
- Accessories: Rifle (combined from Optimus Prime's two smaller rifles), four small guns, four hands/feet
- Ultra Prime can ostensibly be formed by attaching any four Deluxe Class Generations Combiner Wars figures to Voyager Class Combiner Wars Optimus Prime. Optimus's packaging depicts Ultra Prime as formed using the first wave of Deluxe figures, with Alpha Bravo and Skydive as left and right arms, and Dragstrip and Firefly as left and right legs. Meanwhile, official art of Ultra Prime appears to depict him with Alpha Bravo and Dragstrip as left and right arms, and Skydive and second-wave figure Air Raid as left and right legs.

- Ultra Prime wields a long rifle formed by combining Optimus Prime's two smaller guns, and his chest can be opened to show sculpted detail based on Energon Optimus Prime's Super Mode. This also reveals posts which allow Legends Class Decepticon Blackjack or his retool Rodimus to be mounted in vehicle mode as additional armor.
Toys for Ironhide, Mirage, Sunstreaker and Prowl have since popped up in Wal-Mart listings; they will presumably be repaints/retools of existing Combiner Wars limb deluxes - Most likely Off-road, Dragstrip, Breakdown and Dead End, rendering this version of Ultra Prime in effect a repaint/retool of Menasor - echoing the Generation 1 animated series episode 'Masquerade'!
