Shattered Glass
Following a particularly bad defeat on Earth at the hands of the Decepticons, Inferno was among the Autobots who left for Cybertron in Sky Lynx. When their ride announced they'd have to lighten their load, Inferno, being among the most badly wounded of the Autobots, was dumped out of the airlock along with Optimus Prime and a number of others.
