HAZMAT was among the Junkions that attacked the Autobots stranded on their planet, until the arrival of Hot Rod's party. Notes
- HAZMAT was never named in any fiction; his name (and the names of many other Junkions) comes from character designer's notes, revealed in Transformers: The Complete Ark.
- HAZMAT's character model, as published in The Ark series, appears to be without a face. That is, the "goggles" above his animated self's head serve as the eyes of the character model, and where the animated version has a face, there's a mouthplate on the character model. What seems to be a more literal interpretation of the character model shows up shortly right after Daniel shouts that "they're everywhere!"
- HAZMAT is one of the movie's "extra" Junkions, whose designs were mostly a mix and match of each other's parts. In his case, his chest, arms and legs are based on Junkyard's and therefore share similarities with Greasestain's, Wasteoid Gamma's and Ashtray's.
