Steel Reinforcement Team

The Steel Reinforcement Team is a Gigantion Mini-Con Team from the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

The Steel Reinforcement Team are the personal construction crew of the Gigantion planet leader Metroplex. Each one is a tough worker and powerful fighter.

Redecos of the Armada Destruction Mini-Con Team, the three members of the "Megalo Micron" Team were available only as individuals, with different store promotions in Japan. Megalo Gritbit and Megalo Zapmap were the first ones available, on September 29 of 2005, with the purchase of any Transformers product currently on shelves. Megalo Gritbit was available at Hello Mac stores, while Megalo Zapmap could only be obtained at Joshin Denki stores. As Joshin Denki has no stores within Tokyo, many Japanese fans had difficulty obtaining him, and Megalo Zapmap tends to command a higher price than his teammates on the secondary market. Megalo Zigzag was added to the campaign on October 1st, at any store that had purchased a "TF Station" affiliation.
