Name spelling

The Counter-X profile spells her first name as "Alison" as opposed to our spelling of "Allison". Does anyone know which spelling was the original? Is the Counter-X spelling simply that site's mistake or is our spelling based on an erroneous usage in AVP? If AVP is in error, is there someone who can correct it there? I have no idea where to find a primary source for this, but I note that Counter-X has its fair share of spelling errors while plenty of other sites such as Wikipedia and the Machine Robo wiki spell it as AVP has done.
