The Darklands are an ancient settlement located on Cybertron in the distant past.

During the war of the Thirteen Tribes, Galvatron identified himself as hailing from the Darklands. The Mind Bomb The Crucible Since Galvatron was a former vassal of Megatronus, the Darklands were presumably a territory once controlled by that Prime.

Arcee also hailed from the Darklands and continued to identify herself as "Arcee of the Darklands" millions of years later. Future Glories Lost

Notes

• In "Post Hoc", the memorial statue commemorating the crew of the original Ark indicated that Galvatron was "of Protohex". It is unclear if the inconsistency is an error.
