Infernocus was Quintessa's subordinate, and menaced Optimus Prime into submission when he was in a forced audience with the sorceress. He was later formed on Megatron's command to fight the Autobots after Cybertron had reached Earth. Although Hound believed that he didn't have enough ammo to fight the giant, Optimus engaged him in combat after being dropped off by Dragonstorm. The combiner was no match for the Prime and took damage to his head and chest. He separated into his components and tried again, but they were all swiftly decapitated by Optimus' sword. The Last Knight
- Infernocus (Legion Class Combiner 5-pack, 2017)
- Accessories: 2 swords that combine into one larger sword, Quintessa mini-figure, Mission Card
- The Last Knight Infernocus is a combiner composed of one new mold (Skulk) and four redecos of Prime Abominus's components: Blight, Rippersnapper, Twinstrike, and Windrazor. The box set also includes a small translucent Quintessa figure.
- The components can transform from beasts into robots or combine with each other to form Infernocus, with the central component's swords forming a larger sword. (On the other hand, Infernocus can combine with the other Prime Legion Class Predacons or the component robots from the Go! Goradora Set to form some kind of a mumble jumble whatchamajigger combiner if you have no idea what you're doing.) Infernocus also features Cyberglyphics on his Combiner chest.
- He was released as a Toys"R"Us exclusive. As with most of the Mission to Cybertron subline toys, Infernocus comes with a Mission Card that can be deciphered with the decoder provided by the Transformers' website.
Notes
- While the toyline depicts five distinct Infernocons forming Infernocus, the film by contrast depicts six identical Infernocons doing so.
