Starscream claims that the sparks of the Thirteen dwell within several of the Scraplets; in addition to Megatronus and Solus Prime, he also mentions Zeta Prime, though it's unclear if Zeta is a member of the pantheon in this continuity (perhaps replacing the Thirteenth Prime) or merely an unrelated member of the Prime lineage. He does use the term Ancients, so it's entirely possible that in this continuity the likes of Megatronus and Solus were merely very accomplished Cybertronians as opposed to their usual depictions as demigods.

This is arguably the first time in animated fiction that Optimus Prime and Megatron are shown interacting in their roles as political leaders of their respective factions (as opposed as their usual roles as military leaders) in actually sitting down and trying to negotiate. While the backstory of the 2009 IDW comic continuity did mention attempts at brokering peace, this episode reveals that both sides have made attempts at peace in the past, and fairly often at that.

The Scraplets are smaller than they were in the previous episode, now only being about ankle-height compared to Starscream.
