Kawasaki Prime is an Autobot Town Commander from the Cybertron Satellite promotion.

Jazz is now a waterbender. Nuff said.

Kawasaki Prime (カワサキプライム Kawasaki Puraimu) is the Autobot Commander assigned to the city of Kawasaki, a promotion from hsi previous rank of Adjutant. Fitting his adopted town, Kawasaki Prime loves music in all forms, especially jazz. With his Bridge Spear, Kawasaki Prime can control water, allowing him to use the ebb and flow of rivers in his attacks and support activities.

Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Kawasaki Prime joined Yokohama Prime and Mach Five Racing Prime to contain the evil Nemesis Prime, but they were blasted away for their efforts. Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Notes

• He is modeled after Generation 1 Jazz—specifically, the character's Legends-class toy from the 2008 Universe toyline—perhaps in reference to Kawasaki being known as the "City of Music". His water motif comes from the city's proximity to the Tama River.
