Noah Nelson

Noah Nelson (born October 11, 1975) is an American voice actor, notable for voicing Tohru in Jackie Chan Adventures. His other voice roles have mainly been in video games, including Cunningham in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. He is not Craig T. Nelson's son.
