Doesn't seem based to be based on him, he is just also a robot with two heads. None of their physical details look similar beyond that. TitaniumToughGuy (talk) 08:41, 5 August 2020 (EDT)

Doubleheader only has two heads on his Pretender shell, not his robot mode. Not to mention the different faction.--Khajidha (talk) 12:10, 5 August 2020 (EDT)
