Given the sheer number of ninjas on the G. I. Joe team over the years, it only makes sense that they'd eventually land a samurai. Sergeant Kyle A. Jesso, code-named Budo, grew up as a regular youth in California, listening to heavy metal and working on his motorcycle. But Budo's family is descended from a great swordsman, and upon his eighteenth birthday he was chosen to walk in his ancestor's footsteps.
