The Quintesson High Commander is a Quintesson (duh) with an apparent dislike of Sentinel Prime.

One film
Accompanied by a group of retainers, the High Commander met with Sentinel Prime and his retainers on the surface of Cybertron. Even though the Cybertronian Leader gave him more Energon, he still didn't seem pleased by the amount given, forcing Sentinel to get the miners to work harder.
Unbeknownst to both, 4 of the miners witnessed this exchange, an event which would ultimately result in Sentinel's undoing. Transformers One

- A Walmart-exclusive, the Quintesson High Commander is a Deluxe Class-ish figure that transforms into a Quintesson space cruiser in 18 steps. The toy features ball-jointed shoulders and elbows, though the chest molding makes it impossible for the figure's arms to point forward. The toy lacks 5 mm compatible hands, or any hands for that matter. In lieu of legs, the robot mode rests atop a structure sculpted to look like a mass of tentacles, which is fleshed out with additional soft-plastic tentacles flowing out from hinges beneath the torso.
- The figure's only accessory is a single rubberized Energon cube which can be stored in a square recess inside the Quintesson's torso.
