Released only in Japan in 1989, Leozack transforms into a green swing-wing jet fighter resembling a Grumman F-14 Tomcat. He also forms the torso and head to the combined robot Liokaiser. He came with his breastplate/gun/animal partner Lionbreast. He was sold both individually and in a complete Liokaiser box set.

This mold was used to make the Autobot Rescue Force jet.
