Dougie Braithwaite is a British comic artist, and his work on Transformers is some of his earliest. At the age of 15, he was encouraged by a teacher to send his art to Marvel UK, and he eventually got work from them in the form of Transformers, G.I. Joe, and Doctor Who. From there, he worked for 2000 A.D., and has since risen to fame working for both Marvel and D.C. Comics. Since 2008 he has been working exclusively for Marvel on titles such as Thor, Wolverine and Spider-Man.
