Throttlebot

The Throttlebots are a team of six Autobots introduced in 1987. Effectively replacing the Mini Vehicles as the low-price-point carded Autobot ranks, each Throttlebot featured a pull-back motor that would push them along smooth surfaces in both vehicle and robot modes.
