- Legion is a Decepticon from the Kiss Players series.
Legion is group of naughty, naughty Decepticons, or an entity that has commandeered Decepticons). You can tell it's a Legion if it has a prehensile penis as a tongue. They like to chase after girls.

Kiss Player manga
A member of the Legion chases after Atari, cornering her into an alley. Later, when fighting Autrooper, it uses its phallic tongue to impale and remove Autrooper's arm. Desperate, Atari decides to merge with Autrooper in the nude, regrows Autrooper's arm, and kills this particular Legion entity. Its penis lovingly hangs out of his mouth in death.

Trivia
The Legion in the Kiss Player manga is based on the Alternators Windcharger/Decepticharge mold, with a Megatron-esque head and odd triplicate headlights.
