Dragoyell

Dragoyell is a Maximal and Autobot Mini-Con from the Beast Wars portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

She cried, "MORE MORE MORE!"

Dragoyell (ドラゴエール Doragoēru) is almost never seen on the front lines. He much prefers to sit back and observe battles from afar; his eyes can clearly zoom in on objects over 3km away. This "commando ninja" uses his mirror-like wings to confuse his enemies both while on recon missions and in battle, striking with his "Dolven Tail" whip while they're disoriented.

A redeco of the Classics Mini-Con Nightscream, Dragoyell transforms into robotic dragon. He is a mail-order exclusive from the September 2007 issue of TV Magazine (aka "TeleMaga") in Japan, limited to 2000 pieces... theoretically.

Because holy schneikies is this guy insanely hard to come across on the secondary market, and what few times a sale occurs, he seems to go for insane amounts of money. Reports have it that the actual number produced is far, far lower than the stated 2000. Sadly, information on this is also hard to verify.

This mold was also used to make Universe Brimstone.

Notes

• Dragoyell's instructions pretty unambiguously state he's a Maximal. However, his toy still bears the Autobot faction symbol. Hm.
• Despite the bio's notation of "mirror wings", the toy's wings do not appear very mirror-like at all.
