The Body Augmentation Program is an upgrade process from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Body Augmentation Program allows for a Transformer to attain a more warfare-centric body.

Rejected from the Autobot front lines of the Great War due to his meager body, Pneumatix underwent the Body Augmentation Program, obtaining a body that transformed into a Class 3 Ruination Tank.
