Shibuya Electronic Manufacturing Corporation (渋谷エレクトロニック製造工業) is a company in Japan that manufactures electronics, including television sets. Doctor Sōji Yoshikawa works there.

Kremzeek, during his rampage in Tokyo, entered Shibuya's electronics factory and began destroying the television sets on the automated production line, attracting the attention of Dr Yoshikawa. Unfortunately things went from bad to worse when Blaster attempted to fry the creature and instead caused it to multiply, overrunning the factory. Kremzeek!
