Crown City is a coastal American city. It is across Crown River from Denny Clay's scrapyard and has the misfortune to be in the immediate vicinity of a crashed Autobot spacecraft full of Decepticon prisoners.

The oil tanker Winward was attacked by Hammerstrike off the coast near Crown City. Trust Exercises A stasis pod was found and taken to the Crown City Museum of Natural History and Sciences for study, forcing Bumblebee and his team to infiltrate the museum, though they later had to chase Terrashock down.
