Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.

Tornado tested the efficacity of the Tidal Wave's black market system by asking Cutback and Lockpick to procure him a Deberian Sky Seer. The two gunners complied, though the Sky Seer escaped Tornado's quarters, and made its way to the ship's engine room.
