Sea Panic (シーパニック Shī Panikku) is a humpback whale specializing in marine assault. While his strength, capable of causing tsunami, is great, Sea Panic suffers from an one-track mind and is quick to anger. Such anger leads to intense violence, where Sea Panic destroys anything within reach. Thankfully for his comrades, Sea Panic's simple mind also makes it easy to cool down the beast.

Sea Panic can causes surges to sweep away the enemy's ships with his Fish Gobble Laser.

Beast Wars: Uprising

Sea Panic was a known troublemaker in Peptex, a dock worker who peddled drugs on the side. He was part of a riot during the Grand Uprising and afterwards, he thought it'd be a laugh to take a 'we survived!' selfie with the riot cop Betabear. Stiletto mistook his camera for a weapon and killed him. The Maximal Command Security Force decided it didn't matter because it was only Sea Panic.Burning Bridges}}
