Brian Cummings (born March 4, 1948) is an American voice actor and announcer. Among his most famous roles is the loudmouth, Mr. Hollywood on 2 Stupid Dogs (which stars Brad Garrett), Doctor Mindbender on G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Papa Bear in The Berenstain Bears, and the voice of Sokolov in the Metal Gear Solid video games.
He was also the announcer for Walt Disney Home Video, Dreamworks Animation Home Entertainment and the Scooby-Doo animated direct to video films.
He is not related to Jim Cummings.
