It's not that Dodger isn't able to operate all of that newfangled technology that G.I. Joe uses nowadays. It's just that he's more of a "trust-your-gut" kind of guy. It worked just fine back before he and the other members of Battleforce 2000 were all-but decommissioned! And who needs all those gizmos to drive a tank anyways? A good instinct's all that's needed in the war-zone! Wait... is this guy really in charge of electronics maintenance?

When Optimus Prime, the Serpentress, and her Decepticon stooges all wound up in a brawl near the United Nations building, Dodger and the rest of Battleforce 2000 were called in to help with the situation. Dodger reveled in being able to bash Cobra skulls after having been sidelined for so long. He and Blocker ran over a whole bunch of the creeps with their tank. Expelled from the Garden
