• The Morocco virus was revealed in "Back to Virtual Reality" and thawed out in "Cody's 11".
• Optimus is presumably only appearing via hologram because at this point he's still hanging out in the Realm of the Primes as per Robots in Disguise.
• The speed patch created by Doc Greene was previously seen in "Hot Rod Bot".
