Hey Scrapface! Why dontcha blow it out your ear.
Scrapface is a Decepticon from the War for Cybertron portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Scrapface is a "blue and red Refraktor clone" who is itching to fight the Autobots on the frontlines.[1]

He was presumably at the back of the line on naming day.

Promoting the Netflix-original War for Cybertron Trilogy cartoon, Scrapface is a blue-and-red redeco of Siege Refraktor, transforming into a Cybertronian "artillery hovercraft"[2]. Scrapface is molded almost entirely in shades of grey plastic with his splashes of colour being an extensive paint wash; this gives him the appearance of being covered in accumulated grime and battle scars.
As with any version of this mold, Scrapface can also transform into one third of a camera, allowing buyers to combine three units into Reflector's classic camera mode.
The military insignia on Scrapface's box has him as a Ground Division Infantry Private, while his instructions place him in the Espionage unit like his Refraktor mold-mates. Given a similar copy/paste error in the concurrent Voyager Class Hotlink's instructions, the box probably has it right.

Notes

  • We don't know if this guy is a photon.
