Jacques Lavallée

Jacques Lavallée (b. May 11, 1954) is a Canadian actor specialized in dubbing, in addition to his films appearances.
He is the Canadian French voice of Lucius Malefoy in the Harry Potter saga. In animation, he provided the voice of Jon Arbuckle in Garfield and Friends, Rafiki in The Lion King films, Owl in Winnie the Pooh, but is also the voice of Yoda in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and in Episode VIII: The Last Jedi, among other voice roles.
