Richard Epcar

Richard Epcar (born April 29, 1955) is an American writer and actor. He's done trailer voice-overs, voice direction, writing, acting, supervised the dubbing of American movies into foreign languages...

He is probably best known for his dub roles as Daisuke Jigen from the Geneon dub of Lupin the 3rd, Batou in numerous Ghost in the Shell projects, and the titular character in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo.
