Luis Miguel Pérez Ruiz (born December 2, 1965) is a Venezuelan singer and voice actor. He has dubbed a number of cartoon characters, including Cat in the animated series CatDog, Valtor in Winx Club, Plankton in SpongeBob SquarePants and Superman in Justice League and a number of animated films. As for anime, he voiced Paul Wan in GetBackers, the robot Metabee in Medabots and Optimus Prime in Transformers: Armada, Energon and Cybertron. He is married to voice actress Rebeca Aponte.
